Quail Ridge Apartments

Won't Return My Security Deposit From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/24/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   Ok so this was the WORST apartment i ever lived in. And to make the situation worse, now that I have gotten out of that slum, they won't give me back my security deposit. It's been four months and at first they kept saying it's in the mail, it's in the mail. Now they just hang up on me whenever I call. If anyone has any advice on how I can get my security deposit back PLEASE let me know. And perspective apartment hunters: DO NOT, under any condition, move into Quail Ridge.
