Although the rent seems reasonable for a place that has your own washer and dryer but parking here sucks. When I first move in there was plently of parking but after a few months all the spaces got filled up. No thanks the other rude people. I've called and complain to management several times and to no surprise they were rude as well as kept no promises they made. Parking is a major issue here. If you come home after 11pm expect to park a few building down before you fine a spot. Either that park next to the dumpster and risk the change of getting a parking ticket. They also want to know 3 months in advance to know whether or not you will stay at your current place or move. Take my word for it Quail Ridge is not that place to be.
