Quail Ridge is a nice place to start with if it is your first apartment or you in between buying a house something like that. I think they get a bad rap because they dont let people take advantage of them. I had financial problems a year ago and they worked with me. I have never had a problem with Management or Maintenance. Sure they can be a little slow on somethings but hey its not like you go days or weeks without. Lets be real people if you went more then 24 hours without something being done all you would have to do is call housing and they would be all over it everyone got that handbook. You really have see for yourself people can come on here and write crap none of this information is verified. Half of these people probably never lived here. I would not be surprised if it was the competition writing half of this crap. Like the maintenance guy stealing your stuff. If you called management and not the police your dumb a$$ should have had everything taken. Water in front of your building you should fall in.
