I really dont' understand all the negative reviews about this place. I know I've only been here for about 2 months, but overall it's been great. The only complaint I have is in regards to my neighbors. They don't seem to understand that a car is not a park bench. YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE! But after yelling at them several times I think they got the gist of it. I don't think the walls are thin, and the air conditioner is not that loud. Could be worse...much worse! I'm very happy to live here, and I've already suggested Quail Ridge to some of my friends. This place is better then Raven's Crest and most of the other sites we looked at. The apartment is good size and was in excellent condition upon our moving into it. I've lived in a lot of apartments and never was I offered a "punch list" when I moved in. I had only one item on it and it was taken care of the next day. The maintenance guy was friendly and not at all rude. the rent is not high, in fact I think they could get more for our apartment then we are paying. There is always plenty of parking and the lot is well lit and secure. All in all this is a nice place to live, and we're happy we picked it. PS-even though this is a good review let me ASSURE YOU, I'm not an employee of this site or it's management company.
