Can I have my security deposit....

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
It took forever to my security back..The heating systems are very old and loud. The bedroom barely gets warm while the living room is a sauna...OLD KITCHEN APPLIANCES! On the other hand...nice environment, but u don't live outside!
