Normally,I would not speak bad about anyone or anything.But,I must say...Quail Ridge Apt, (Plainsboro,NJ)is quite a messy place & lack of maintenance all over the Apt complex.
The back yard of the Apt. buildings closer to Golf area,tennis ground you will see Dog Crap on the path ways.Commercial Garbage lids are open for the insects or Mosquitos to fly in to the apartments,More important thing is the stairways of the Apt building are never swept or cleaned..People have to walk threw the Dust & junk.Some parts of the stairways has Nails,wood popping out.If,Someone falls.. the
Apartment Authorites will have a lot of trouble coming there way.
This is Kind of alert for the Apt authorites & Management dept.
It's a request from Me (a resident).To make sure to visit each New Lease or New Tenant after 10 days of there arrival to see if they have any problems or need anything to be fixed.That way there would be Lot of appreciation from the Tenant & Will encourage others to Rent at your Complex.
Few weeks Back..I went with a complaint.Did not know which place to report the problem.I went in to the leasing office assuming they take care of such issues.The personal at the office was quite abrupt about informing me well.Later,Reached the Maintainence & Management Office.It was worst than the leasing office.Agreed they are busy with work.
But Tenants or Problems/Issues are also important.They need to be more plesant & Have to make Eye contact.This show Lack of customer service & Public relation skills.
On the whole,These are few issues.Why people don't like living at your place or at recommend your Apts.

Hopefully,My complain & insight has in any way helped you & your management personals.

I agree with the way the "staff" in the office handles people. I used to deal with one lady in there, whose now gone, and so so very helpful, she left, and now I make every attempt NOT to go into the office anymore. I've had a LOT of attitude from a particular person in there. NO eye contact, No courtesy NOTHING. Like she's straight up RUDE! No names. It's NOT fair to her. Keepin' It Real.
