My first week at Quail Ridge, I awoke with numerous bug bites all over my body. My husband and I had no bed, we were sleeping on the floor. We wondered where the bugs could have come from. We called the office and they sent an exterminator. In our lease it stated that they pay for all pest control. Well, a few weeks later we received a bill for $778. The apartment office stated that it was our fault so they would not pay. We explained to them that we never had a problem in ALL of our previous residences. Then they claimed "maybe one of our guests brought in the critters." I was bitten within one week! We asked for our money back. They refused.
Eventually Quail Ridge ran out of parking spaces. About 15 cars had no place to park except along a curb. Quail Ridge called the sheriff to give all the vehicle tickets!
We paid $45 for not having a parking space. We eventually had to park down the street!
For the winter our heating bill was over $200 a month because the insulation is so terrible. The sad thing is we only ran the heat at night. Do NOT rent a Quail Ridge Apartments in Plainsboro. They will make your life a living HELL!!!
