Years at this apartment: 1996 - 2006
 
I have lived here for 10 years. In the past, I haven't had too many problems with living here. Recently, though, things have escalated to the point where I hate dealing with the maintenance office staff. The maintenance people themselves are great; it's the office staff that leaves a lot to be desired. They are rude, argumentative and don't want to listen to what you have to say. They don't want to listen or even make an attempt to be reasonable if you are having problems.
