I've been here for two years and I didn't have any major issue before so I didn't understand those comment but I know now. Most maintenance people are quite nice and they do good job except for one person. Since he didn't fix the problem for the first time properly, it lead to huge problem in my apt. But my biggest issue is with the management people for maintenance. They can't be more rude. They treated me the worst way you can imagine. They cut you off while you are experiencing the problem and they basically yelled at you. Who do they think they are' I understand pain for many people who need to deal with those nasty management people. But besides those maintenance problem, it's not too bad place to live for the price.
