Wow!!! Can't believe the comments that I am reading.I never had a problem living here and I like it a lot better than my current apartment, Riverside Towers in New Brunswick. Ironically, Quail Ridge, and Riverside Towers have the same owners. But they take lot better care of Quial Ridge than Riverside Towers.
This place was clean - no bugs or mice - and a great deal for the money. Plenty of parking (although you are not always able to park right in front of your building). Yes, I did have problems with the washers and dryers, but the maintenance always came and fixed my problem THE SAME DAY I CALLED IT IT. Maybe if people were nicer to the maintenace guys, they would get better treatment.
I felt safe living here and it's a VERY nice area. The rooms are a little small, bu you can't ask for a better apartment (in New Jersey) for ONLY $850.
Also, get a mailing receipt from the post office, when you send in your rent payments. Somehow, the financial office, consistently looses rent payments. They will charge you late fees if you do not have prrof that you made the payment on time.
The only reason I left was because I have bad credit and I had to put the apartment in someone else's name. The person did not want to put their name on my apartment for another year. Otherwise, I would still be there.
Some of these problems people are complaining about seem trivial. Try living where I am at now - and you would think that Quail Ridge is paradise!!!

Lucky you!! I guess you wouldn't have written the same thing had water had poured down from the ceiling.
Anyway, looks like problems always go with good credits.
