Believe the negative reviews about their managment office! Yes if you are lucky and nothing major happens to you, the place is overall nice. The maintenance people themselves are not bad but there are just that much they can do. Imagine a major water leak (which I personally experienced at Quail Ridge) in which water pours down from the ceiling at night and all your belongings are soaked. Yes they will come to stop the leak after 30 min and 3 phone calls and that's pretty much all they would do. Yes they did recommended insurance. That's right. I have it. However, you'll need to live in a "swamp" (word borrowed from a previous review) and the management treat you like ----. Anyway, your money, your life, your decision.
