The biggest plus of this place is quietness, but heard complains about living at first or second floor, also depending on your neighbors. On the other side, it means it is a very boring place.

The parking seems OK (probably many moved out ...). The conditions for apartments are not great - poor heat insulation. You will find out most stuff are having a long history, the washer/dryer is kind of a joke. Imagine spend 2 hours just try to dry your clothes out, which may in fact take only 30 mins to do so (imagine how much extra electricity bill you have to pay!). Also keep in mind, you will get a $50 or more water sewage bill every month for a one-bedroom apt. regardless how much you use, which is radiculous (it is said the bill is split amany all residents).

The management office are always indifferent. Feels like you are begging to live in there. As the maintainence takes care of several apartments together, so don't be surprised if you have to call many times to have problems fixed.
The man in the leasing office is nothing but a liar - never believe him unless he can give you written statement as proof.
