I moved in 3 months back in a one bedroom apt at Quail Ridge. Since the day I moved in I have felt absolute disappointment and have regreted my decision to rent here.
Do not get fooled like me that rent is OK, Quail Ridge will kill you in utilities.
They charge you for water, sewer, trash pick up. The cooking and heating is all electric. They have the most outdated electric unit for heating and cooling. This prehistorical a/c unit makes tons of noice, can't sleep or listen to TV. I have tried my best to save on elecltic bill but inspite of all my efforts I feel like robbed in utlilities. These guys even charged me for state inspection. All the equipmetns are rusty and old. The parking lots are insufficient and if you come late from work forget about parking. Moreover, the parking lots are dirty and full of leaves, which never get picked. I regret for renting from Quail Ridge.

Thank you for the descriptive review. Which apartments do you think are better than QuailRidge? I have been reading bad reviews about all the other neighboring apartments. Please let me know. I'm trying to move to Plainsboro but cannot make up my mind after reading all these reviews!

This may be way too late. I apologize that I never looked back at this site. Since I am stuck for 1 year with my lease. I will recommend Fox run. It has central air, gas heating and cooking, new appliances (if you pay $50 extra : Renovated).
