Within a 2 weeks our 10 year dishwasher broke and needed to be replaced.
our 20 year old A/C Unit never worked, we have called maintenance every other month to fix it because it was old and never held a charge.
and then whenever we turned our oven on the power in the whole apartment went out because that was old and needed to be replaced as well!
Now they are evicting us saying that we have broken their property.
no warning, no court date, just a pink paper saying we need to be out in 3 days!
I have a wife who is NINE MONTHS PREGNET, and two children (ages 2 and 9).
how can they expect us to move out that quickly!
they are kicking us out because we wanted the appliances we were paying for, to simply work properly.
for a small 2 BR apartment we have been paying $200 a month in PSE&G bills, due to old energy guzzling appliances and drafty, poorly insolated windows.
on top of that, their is no playground for kids to play in, so the kids use the parking lot as a play ground.
IT IS NOT SAFE HERE AT ALL!!!!
kids are constantly throwing rocks!
just last year a few kids broke our car window by throwing rocks.
we had a Chinese food delivery guy have rocks thrown at him by these same children.
it's constantly noisy from children in the parking lots yelling and screaming.
the parking is horrific! the construction is disgraceful... our dining room is slanted!
this apartment complex takes responsibility for nothing!
Dealing with Maintenance is a nightmare! And office staff are a joke!
It is too late for us, but please save yourselves!!!
Avoid the drama and stay clear of Quail Ridge Apartments!!!

Hello, I sympathize with yout plight here at Quail Ridge! I am the writer who wrote right b4 you titled "run far far away"! LIsten you have to do something about this, dont let them kick you out just like this without any kind of notice! You have rights and I believe they are suppposed to give you at least one or two months warning! Call up Plainsboro Municipal court.. 609-799-0909 and/or Middlsex County732-745-3000 . and I think you ask for the department regarding unfair landlord treatment , tell them your story and they will tell u your rights and what you should do! Ok, and good luck, I hope it all turns out okay, please call.

What you're saying makes no sense. The management at Quail Ridge may be -------s (believe me, I know... I used to live there). But it's not a matter of them "giving" you no notice. The procedures involved in eviction are not up to them. They have to follow legal procedures, and the local police department has to be there on the date you are officially evicted. I used to work in rental property management, and I can tell you one thing for certain: the amount of time and trouble involved with evicting someone is nowhere near worth doing just because they want new appliances. It takes an absolute minimum of 4 months, and a fair amount of legal fees on the part of management company. If a Quail Ridge employee shows up and tries to physically remove you without the proper court-issued eviction order (which, again, takes months to obtain), you can simply call the police right then and there and file charges against that person. I'm sorry, but clearly you either do not understand the situation you are in, or are not being truthful in your description of it.

LOL... you clearly have little knowledge of the property management business if you think anyone views a bad review on apartmentratings.com to be "bad PR", or that replying to a review is going to "defuse" it. As to your ridiculous claim that I must work for Quail Ridge simply because I had the audacity to contradict you... use your brain for a moment... after all, you claim to have considerable experience dealing with the office staff at Quail Ridge. I lived there for 4 years, and none of the office staff I ever interacted with seemed particularly intelligent. Who among them would even be capable of composing a cogent, typo-free response like mine? And which of them would even care what someone posted on the internet about the apartment complex? The fact remains, whether I am posting under "Anonymous" or under some randomly made-up screen name as you are, I am not making any unverifiable claims... and I am certainly not praising the apartment complex or its management. I'm simply stating that your claims of a random 3-day eviction are not feasible, nor is your claim that an apartment complex would find it worthwhile to evict someone because they complained about the appliances. I'm saying this based on actual experience in the property management business and knowledge of the related laws. Based on this, you are clearly not telling the complete story about what happened between you and Quail Ridge, or leaving out elements unfavorable to you. You are either lying about this supposed 3-day eviction, or are incredibly stupid in being so unaware of eviction laws that you allowed yourself to be taken advantage of in this manner. But don't feel too bad... even if you are incredibly stupid, you're probably still smarter than the "morans" who work in the Quail Ridge office!

Instead of creating some bogus, nebulous screen name, why not just have the balls to admit you are effectively posting anonymously too, instead of hurling ridiculous insults in your grammatically bereft prose? Also, I realize this concept must be rather taxing to someone of your limited mental abilities, but you did perhaps notice that you can only post one response per review, per username... which is why your previous incoherent babbling magically disappeared from this page? As to your claim that I "sound like one of the retards who work there"... I ask once again, exactly which one of the retards who works there would be capable of composing a reply worded as mine is? I also find intriguing your new (unverifiable) claim that "this same thing happened to 2 other people i know who lived there". This is either more evidence of your overactive imagination, or evidence that there are at least 2 more people out there whose cognitive abilities are as woefully deficient as yours. Your claims are directly contravened by my experience while living there of requesting repairs to a cabinet door, toilet, shower head, washer, and dryer. Not all of these repair requests were handled competently, but I somehow, amazingly, managed to get through them without threats of eviction or bitter reprisals. I also appreciate your continued exhortation that your claims are verifiable, yet you continue to present no actual evidence to back this up. Of course, it's probably insane for me to continue asking, because you also continue to present no actual evidence that you are capable of comprehending what I am asking, or comprehending the meaning of the word "verifiable". Please note that something being verifiable in your head does not make it verifiable in reality. Please also note that I would not even be asking for verification, but for the fact that your claims are so bizarre. I am merely operating under the old axiom that extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence. Surely you concur? And hey, no need to beat yourself up over this... I accept your apology!

a person with your "inelegance" (lmfao) would know that I would not be able to be specific or name , names on such an open forum as this. if you are so intrigued by the disposition of my inquires then you can find me on the running man dot com with the above stated alias. all I am going to say is I had a day in court, and I won. what was once the delinquent "justice" of the plainsboro police dept. is now a victory for me the state of new jersey. the corruption that is quails ridge is not behind me. I no longer have to deal with lemmings like yourself, the blonde bimbo office manager and the racist --------American office worker who lived below me. their electric stove kept misfireing tripping out the circuit breaker and even an maintenance tech the stove was old and in need of replacement, as well as the A/C unit which NEVER produced cold air. instead of replacing them or repairing them the decided to say we broke them and charged us money for replacing them. but like I said, I had my day in court and I am very satisfied with the outcome. like I said I cant get into absolutes over an open forum as advised by my attorney but all I can say to anyone reading is don't feel your stuck, the court system does take a long time but it does work. don't be like the retard opposing me, fight back! you can take them to court, and you will win. you can beat this shady organization. this will be my last post, I am happy to finally be able to leave this nightmare behind me. my renters credit was perfect before quail ridge and as such it remains. and to my anonymous debater, it was Edgar Allen Poe who said "it is only the stupid who questions another's inelegance". now I know the cowardly soul you are will not find me online but you will respond to this knowing I will never see it. and when you do anyone reading this will know you are just an employee with a damage controlling pro Quail Ridge propaganda agenda. but in the end the truth will set you free, it has done so for me. in the end it was a very happy post Quail Ridge ending. and anyone else with stories like mine may now know their is a way out, there is a way to fight back...... their is a life after the Quail Ridge nightmare!
