Hi,
I've lived at Quail Ridge for 20 months now.

The bad:
1) Old appliances. Leasing office told me that appliances were new but they weren't. They had been cleaned, that's all.
2) Bad half-size washer/ dryer
3) Maintenance is spotty. Sometimes they take 4-5 days to come in. But when they do, the work is properly done.
4) Parking can be difficult to find if you come in after 10pm.

The good:
1) Pretty solid construction. No noise from neighbors. Windows leak but will be fixed if you complain.
2) Near parks - Plainsboro community park and Morris -Davison park are within 10 minutes walk.
3) Bus stop right in front of complex.
