The biggest negative is that everything you sign will benefit Quail Ridge and Northstar Properties. In addition, the apartments are so cheaply built you can hear your neighbors taking a leak in the next apartment while sitting in your living room watching TV. There are rules upon rules that are thrown at you as you break them. The Staff specializes in creating rules. The outdoor lighting is horrible. There are cracks in the walls. Horrible place to live.

I agree with you, my entire is was slanted, my father is an architect and he doesn't understand how the buildings ever passed inspection
