Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
I lived in this apartment for nearly 3 years from 2003 to 2006. My experience is mixed. When I moved in, they had remodeled entire apartment so I did not have much of a problem. Some appliances were new. Some were old. Carpet was brand new. In 3 years we did not have many problems. But when we had, maintenance staff did not show up for at least 2 days. We have lived in other communities where maintenance is done same day. So this was a experience for us!
Our stay was memorable because of large friend circle that we had in the community.
Apartment is quite old and needs constant maintenance. Just a average place.
