They have VERY BAD service at the leasing center. Do not expect anything close to professionalism. Sometimes they are very hard to reach--no one answering the phone or they tell you they are going to call back but won't. We moved in just because we didn't have another choice. The staff made many mistakes on the contract; we went to the leasing center every time they messed something up, but no one at the leasing center would own it up (and, of course, no apologies).

I geuss if you did not have any other choice. You are going to have to live with it. You should be happy they took you in. You are probably like 3/4 of the other CRUD they have living here. Let me see: Bad credit, No credit,Fresh from jail,lost your house etc.. I geuss the 6 other apartment communities in and around Plainsboro could't or wouldn't take you becuase you have stellar credit and outstanding referances. Get over it!!!! Are they taking care of your needs such as the condition of your unit? It is probably OK, but you can't speak enough "English" to figure out that there is nothing wrong with YOUR CONTRACT. They have caller ID and when they see your number they don't pick up. So move OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!DON"T FORGET TO VOTE!!!!!!

Interesting response. You seem more furious than I was when I left the message. I was just sharing my experience with other potential renters. I did not go into details about why Quail Ridge was our only choice because I did not think that's the information potential renters are interested in. Sorry to let you down, but people have other reasons to choose to live here other than being out of jail or having bad credit, etc.. And, since I clearly don't speak enough "English" for you, I won't explain why the mistakes were on their part, not mine. (The manager from the management office apologized later, but no one from the leasing center said anything. That's why I kept my review targeted on the leasing center.) Just want other people to know what they might encounter when they plan to rent.

in regards to the first response to this post- I was just looking through the reviews as I am moving to Davison, and am looking at all the apartment complex's reviews to see what people think of what- When I first read this post, I wasn't thinking all that bad of the mngmt, but to me- it looks as if the post was from someone in the office/mngmt talking about the caller id, and about the contract.. they make that apartment complex look very bad. We are in the year 2008, and for dogging on the public and residents like that- shame on you. Hopefully (I pray!) you don't work there!

I have lived at Quail Ridge now for more than 6 years. For the most part, my experience with the leasing office and/or management office has been OK. They have been willing to work with me on paying rent when I was laid off from work. They even waived late charges and other fees on my rental account on several occasions as a courtesy. Granted, there have been a few times when I did encounter SARCASM and ATTITUDE from some of the leasing and/or management office staff and even the weekend maintenance team, however, for the most part, I have few complaints about living at Quail Ridge.
