I have lived at Quail Ridge for about 5 years now. For the most part, I have had an OK experience. For example, the property manager did work with me on paying my rent when I was out of work for a few months. He also waived several late fees and other charges on my rental account on a couple of occasions as a courtesy. In addition, the leasing office and property management were amenable when I objected to a sizable rent increase upon the renewal of my lease. Granted, I have encountered some SARCASM and ATTITUDE on a few occasions from the leasing and management office staff--and one occasion I received a nasty phone call from the weekend maintenance supervisor regarding an issue in my unit. The problem was eventually rectified, despite the irate call from the weekend maintenance supervisor.(Guess he was just having a bad day.) However, for the most part, I have no major complaints about living here and would recommend it to others as a viable place to consider living.
