All the fancy landscaping and cosmetic upgrades on the outside property will never make up for the horrible living conditions at Quail Ridge. There is virtually no insulation and the doors and windows leak. But management could care less as the tenant pays for the heat/AC and other utilities. The place is extremely noisy, smelly and your complaints will go unanswered. The tenants are rude and have very little respect for their neighbors. And if you make a complaint to the wonderful office, you will get blacklisted and ignored. The management and employees at Quail Ridge are dishonest and will say anything you want to hear but action is never forthcoming. You'll pay $125 for a pool pass but half the time, the pool is closed because the 16 year old lifeguards don't show up for work. The local dive motels provide a better grade of care and service then this place. You have been warned.
