I've lived here for three years and it has gotten worse every year.

There seems to be mold problems due to poor drainage. It took 4 months for maintenance to take care of the mold in my place and that was only after i called the township to complain.

The management office does as little as possible so as to save money yet they have no problem raising your rent to pad their pockets.

The leasing office will lie to you. And with the recent allowance of dogs of any size there is dog waste all over the place.


Save your money and look elsewhere! It's a dump!

I am having that same problem right now. We are completely getting the run around and no one at that office will just come and fix it. When I try to make an appointment for someone to come take a look their response is always "we don't know when we can get someone there". I tell them I work during the day so if they could please come around 5pm, of course they can't guarantee it! But, when I get home from work there is always a note on the table saying their was no mold - NO MOLD? They can not possibly miss the mold in the air conditioner - it is black and all over it. I would love for someone to come while I am there so I can open the thing and show them. I am about to call the township now that I see that worked for you. I am sick of this place. The pricing may be cheap but it is def not worth getting sick from mold!!!

Call the Township extention 219 I believe and the Middlesex County Board of health. Take pictures and keep a record of all correspondence with management. Whenever maintenance comes to your apartment they are supposed to leave documentation as to when/why they were there, make sure you keep these.
