Apartment in a mess

I came from work and found my apartment in quail ridge a mess. Maintenance people entered my apartment without prior notice, removed all my kitchen utensils & food items placed it all across living and dining room. Replaced kitchen cabinets and counter tops and left apartment in a mess. I was horrified to see all my kitchen items on my sofas dinning tables
