BEST ADVICE I CAN GIVE ANY PROSPECTIVE QUAIL RIDGE RENTER- DONT DO IT!!!!!!

First of ALL before I get into my review, I wish I had READ all the terrible reviews that past tenants posted about this place.... THEY ARE ALL TRUE!!

DONT'T be fooled by the deceptive low rent- Wait until you see your bill where you're find out all the HIDDEN charges that they conveniently LEAVE OUT when they do the run down of costs to expect.

AS someone else previously mentioned VERY POOR INSULATION!! THIS RAISES the heating bill. I've had the misfortune of having WALKING CHIMNEYS for neighbors...I SMELL EVERYTHING that these people cook and smoke in their house!!!(If you like chitlins you may not be offended by this PUTRID CIGERA$$ smell that I have had to put up with for the past year).... QUAIL RIDGE DID NOTHING to address the aforementioned infringement on one's QUALITY of living. AND PUBLIC HEALTH WONT SAVE YOU because apparently if you have neighbors below that pose this hazard to you- YOU'RE SHI$ outta LUCK!!!

you are just one of many my friend. once the complex has you signed into a lease they don't give a crap about you, your needs, or your human rights. and you cant complain to authorities because local government doesn't care either, it's like the complex is paying off the police or something. a car window was broken because some kid was throwing rocks. the cops came and questioned a group of kids , once of which actually did the right thing and say who threw the rock but still the cop did nothing. didn't even ring the bell to talk to the parents. the entire town of plainsboro is a complete ---- hole and does not care about anyone living in any of the appts along dey road.
