A mouse infested dump

Many problems with the individual apartment:
Stove/oven didn't work, animals (mice) living in the walls, Ants under the carpet refrigerator leaked. Paper thin walls. Very noisy, bad neighbors. The management Never came to fix any problems, they just ignored it.
