I've lived in Tha Crest for two years. I renewed my lease last year strictly because I didn't want to move, not because I wanted to stay. The price is by no means worth what you get, however there are positives. The pool is relatively well-maintained, and Plainsboro is a quickly developing area.

I have had mixed experiences with the management staff, but have had worse experiences elsewhere.

The apartments are bare, boring. The walls are thin. There is a wood staircase that leads to the entrance to your unit which makes lots of noise when people walk up and down.

There is one heater/AC unit in the apartment. It is connected to a hole in the wall which is supposed to cool the adjacent bedroom...but it doesn't. It's cold in the winter and hot in the summer.

It's cheaper than most other apartments around, but there's a reason for it.

I rate it a wash.
