I would advise however that you spend the extra money for the 2 bedroom units. We currently live in a 1 bedroom and are moving to a 2 bedroom next month. The differences are: 1 bed you get stackable small washer/dryer, your heating/cooling is controlled by a dial, not a thermostat. Also, you have a radiator like unit in the bathroom. The 2 bedroom you get full size side by size washer/dryer, central air/heat and more windows. The office staff is very friendly most of the time.
