I've read the reviews and everyone is entitled to their opinion. So here's mine.
After 20 years of apartment living up & down the east coast (and once on the west coast), Ravens Crest and Plainsboro is providing me with what I was looking for namely, an apartment I am comfortbale in and enjoy, a reliable maintenance staff, & a friendly (and often funny they crack me up) office staff.
It's a big place and they must have alot going on and I've always believed that patience is a virtue, but mine has never been worn thin at this place.
Do I even have nieghbors, I hardly even hear a thing.
I recommend it to my friends and my family (and when a friend moved in WOW they paid me a resident referral cresit to my account!and the management company has some great programs a preferred employer set-up, a transfer (coast to coast) within their company apartment complexes all over the USA, and how cool is this''' - if you move where there is a participating builder, a percentage of your rent can be applied to a home puchase!

I really don't have any complaints.
I keep my apartment neat, my patio and my section of my breezeway clean and so do my neighbors all in all. It's our space, we ought to take care of it.
Yeah- there's always a few slobs who can't get their garbage in the dumspters or drop their junk mail on the ground but I live here and I help out. If it doens't look good around my place, I'll help clean it up. and gladly.
It's what I would do if I owned... and for now, this is my home.
