The rent is too high but that's a non-issue in Plainsboro. However, even with all the benefits I got at move-in with the PEP, I'm so disappointed. There are syringes in the parking lots, holes dug up everywhere, no actual flowers or landscaping in front of the apartments, only at the rental office. The only nice people in the rental office are Jen and Gary- there's one nut in there who can't even spell RATTLING. No wonder maintenance didn't know what to do to my heater. I've had outstanding maintenance issues for almost a year- until you threaten them, they don't listen. It's a huge farce, really. Why else do they have all the deals' To suck people in.....the reason apts are available so quick is because people clear out in droves. My building had 4 out of 12 apartments vacant at one time. The development is ALWAYS dark. Someone could get mugged, and no one would know. Insane.
