Plainsboro Township is not rent controlled, so if you want to live in a crappy, run-down apartment (I don't think that any of the apartments are newer than the early 1980s)then this is the place for you. The neighbors are extremely unfriendly and weird and it is like living in a college dorm (quiet hours). If you want to live like a real adult, look at the properties in Lawrenceville or Princeton. The demographics are better and you will not have to worry about the Latin Kings moving into the apartment near you. Plainsboro sucks, there is nothing here and the rent prices are ridiculous for run-down miserable apartments. While Ravens Crest is the nicest complex in Plainsboro, "nice" is not an adequate definition. If you want paper-thin walls, old appliances, nasty neighbors, then this is where you want to be. If you know what is good for you, you WILL NOT LIVE HERE!!!!
