Inside my apartment was clean. I had a 1 bedroom with a washer/dryer. A dish washer and deck. The dishwasher did not do much, I washed my disher by hand instead, the dryer took at least 2 runs to dry 1 towel. When I got there I found that only 1 of the 3 cable hook ups worked, after no response from the maintenance, I bought $30 in cable and ran cable through the apartment from the 1 working jack.

I could never really use my deck or sliding glass door, because when I opened it the smell of trash would float in from the dumpsters in another parking lot.

In addition each apartment is equiped with a in wall heater/AC unit located in the living room. Above the unit is a duct that is supposed to carry hot or cold air in to the bedroom. The duct and the unit are loud and useless. In the winter my apartment was cold and spring and summer were unbearable.

Outside I could usually find parking, but the lights were always out at night. I called maintenance and Mgmt. over and over and they usually never returned my calls. If I got someone on the phone, they said there was nothing they could do.

The other big problem is noise. Not from other apartments, but from the stairs. All the stairs are wood and extremly noisy. You will know exactly how late your neighbors stay out.

Oh yeah, and Ravens Crest pays for NO Utilites. Every month you get a bill for water, sewer, and trash.

Lastly, when I moved in I was made to pay a recreaton fee of $150, this was for the use of the pool. A pool that I would never use. 1400 apts sharing 1 pool, right! If I had stayed there I would be paying $75 a year for this gross pool.

There are many other apartment complexes in the area, don't choose this one.

A MESSAGE TO EQUITY MGMT. Build Sheds to house the dumpsters, your entire complex smells like garbage.
