I've been living here for nearly eight years and now, finally, the owners are making some major exterior improvements.
However, I've been listening to my neighbors complain and complain. But why. I think they are doing work that is necessary and will greatly improve our homes - whether this is our home for 8 months or 8 years.
Roofing, wood siding, balcony repairs, paint. This is terrific. Sure, there are some pretty major inconveniences we'll all be putting up with (and I live in the preparation area of lot 63-65 too). But I went to the office and had a calm and interesting discussion with the folks there about what being done, so that I got the story from the office people and not my gossiping, complaining neighbors. A couple of months out of my time to deal with a bit of inconvenience is definately NOT too much for me when my rent money is improving where I live!! Thank you Ravens Crest! P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
