I moved in about 3 months ago, comparing to other apartments in Plainsboro, I like 2 things about Ravens Crest: 1. Every unit has washing machine and dryer, 2. it has more storage space (esp. the stroage at the balcony).

In terms of the room condition: it's not too bad: they replaced the carpet and painted all the walls before I moved in. However the carpet is a cheap, low quality one. It keeps producing fiber balls, when I tried to vacuumed them, my vacuum cleaner was blocked!

Also, as many people mentioned, the kitchen is very small, and the appliences are old. But I guess it's the same in most of the apartments in this area at this price range.

Parking is a problem. The parking lot is pretty full. There have been several days I couldn't find a car space at night. When I told the management, I was told to keep trying other blocks until I could find a space!

About their staffs, some of them are quite unfriendly, especially one particular larger size lady. But I think they do respond to my request.

It wasn't a good time when I moved in: they are starting major exterior work. The work in my unit started several weeks ago but still hanging not completed yet. And they can't promise when it will finish. So just keep the fingers crossed...

BTW, the contractors are not professional, they did a very poor job painting the doors and walls...
