Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
The complaints I've read are all true...I have defended this place to my friends who ask why I pay so much for this s**t hole, but I am tired of it. Please consider living elsewhere.
1. Apartment ALWAYS smells like curry and mold, despite repeated complaints to management
2. Dyer takes hours to dry
3. Very loud
4. Very small
5. Drains smell like fecal matter
6. Maintanance used DUCT TAPE to fix the ancient heater/AC
Every repair is done half a*s
7. Cricket infestation that remained after exterminator was called in
With over $1,100 a month going to rent and utilities, it is not worth it!!!!
