It's right for me

I've read the other comments and was frankly quite surprised. Some of these people are complaining simply about spending their money for needed housing. You need to rent you pay nearly top dollar in Plainsbor. You use the water you pay for the water. Get real!
And rent...it's expensive everwhere and Ravens Crest has given me a good rental value for my dollar. I have NEVER noticed the smell of garbage anywhere. I rarely hear my neighbors come & go and never hear those I share common walls with. (Sure, it's wood construction, but it's a question you should have asked when you signed up. If you are that sensative, go live in a concrete block.)
I like human interaction, so I pay my rent in person and discuss service needs in person. The office staff has always be polite, accomodating and cooperative. Maintenance, although a time or two a little slow, has always been satisfactory. (Thank God for their attentiveness when my hot water heater was shot and leaking!!)
It's a big place, 700 units not 1400 as one person thought and drought conditions have made the landscape suffer- that's everywhere though.
I am very happy here, into my third year and hope to be able to stay a while longer. I have lived in other apartments and two-family housies and THIS WORKS FOR ME.
You snide & snippy people ought to try a little kindness. You reap what you sow.
