I've had broken windows, mold, neighbor hocking spit at me, and caught two workers watching tv through my window when they were repairing the exteriors (where they ripped out the grass and now there's only dirt with spots of green). They even walked away and came back to watch again. I have never felt so unsafe before. Kids were always fighting outside late at night, people parking in the lot and cutting through to other apartments, leaving their cars running, and then coming back and flying out of the lot (gee isn't that suspicious') The notice on the doors last summer around the rash of break-ins did me in.
