I have had a so-so experience this past year at RC...No complaints about the actual apartment (we have new carpets), but we have had noise issues with the upstairs tenants. The people in the leasing office are generally horrific to deal with. I know that the complex allows animals, and my partner and I were thinking of adopting a small pet. If we didn't notify the leasing office, and they found out afterwards, would they have grounds to kick us out' Also, if maintenance came in when I was there, do they report it' Just curious because if we can avoid the pet fee that would be great.

You can have only big pets, for example, horse, donkey, or even a elephant. But small pets such as cats and dogs are not allowed. You may even keep reptiles such as snake, crocodile, etc. Please let me know for further info on pets.

Hi! I moved out of there last year. I got my dog after moving in, and they'd seen me walking him, and I've had maintenance come in.....if they knew, they never said a thing. Go for it!

We are thinking of moving there. How bad is the noise and are the neighbors decent?
