I lived there for 3 months during a temporary job. The grounds were very nice, well kept and spacious, plenty of room to walk the dog. The location is in a nice area and I felt very safe there. I lived there while they were fixing the balconies which was a pain but it was worth it after they were done. The apartment was very big and everything well taken care of. Maintenance was quick to fix the few problems that I had. Snow removal was great the sidewalks were never icy.
The only problem that I can think of is that the parking lot was a bit dark at night but there was plenty of spaces.
