The front door has a wide gap and cold air comes in. There is no thermostat because there is no central air or heating. An electric unit to heat the bathroom. Electric is very expensive. Windows are not insulated and cold air comes in there as well. I'd like to move or at least have an apt with a fireplace and not stuck in the parking lot, but too expensive. I am so unhappy here and probably the complex will raise the rent when renewal time comes around. The pet deposit is so high and you don't even get it back which is unfair. If they come and look at the apt and it is fine, you should get the deposit back. The monthly rent for a pet is also too high. You hear everyone going up and down the stairs and music from the apt next door. The rents should come down in order to have tenents stay for awhile.

Hear ya... Spend an arm and a leg for electric. I can hear my neighbour's sexual history every bloody day. Someone lets their pooch crap in front of my patio. Just devastating.

How much you guys are paying PSEG? I live in Ravens crest in a one bedroom apt and I got a bill of $270 for the month of Jan this year. Last winter I paid $350 at its peak. Is there a place to complain? Should I complain at PSEG or Equity Apartments. I want my money back!
