Nice place if you can get in From: scitronix Date posted: 8/31/2002 Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2002   I have lived here for a few years now and besides a couple of run-ins w/ office staff I have had nothing to complain about. It is quiet/clean and the rent is reasonable. Full size washer/Dryers in all apts. they also allow small pets and the neighbors clean up behind them... When things need to be fixed the maintenace crew is on call 24hrs a day and they are extremely prompt and friendly. Since it is low-income housing the space is somewhat tight, but still a better experience than the surrounding places.
