Ravens Crest Apartments 49% Recommended May 09 2008: I am in the process of relocating. So I came on this site to get reviews on the property I am considering to move to. I noticed that all the apartment ratings are mostly bad. I have come to the Pheasant Hollow 32% Recommended Apr 23 2008: I moved to Pheasant Hollow in February this year and it seriously has been nothing but problems! When I moved in the front door didnt shut the bathroom sink fixture was falling out the toilet never stopped running the windows Deer Creek Apartments 26% Recommended Apr 18 2008: I have lived at Quail Ridge and now Deer Creek and I have to say that Deer Creek is much nicer. The utility charges are lower and it seems that the grounds are better kept. The pool is great in Quail Ridge Apartments 26% Recommended Apr 13 2008: Within a 2 weeks our 10 year dishwasher broke and needed to be replaced. our 20 year old A/C Unit never worked, we have called maintenance every other month to fix it because it was old and never held a charge.
