I have lived here one year. I can say that the apartments are very nice and for the most part quiet. The maintenance staff is always tenantive to the issues that arise. There is however a crazy tenant that moved in shortly after me. She is determined to be the "Property Supervisor" she yells at people that come to visit you and yells at you if you don't follow her rules. I am sorry to leave here because I love my apartment but she is a little to scary for me. When I was packing my stuff the other night I saw her running acropss the lawn yelling at another tenant and then yelling at the Rental Agent. I just wonder what the owners will do to get rid of her. Overall this place is great!! The apartment that I was in had a new kitchen and new bathroom, rent was fair for what you had.
