Rent here if you think rent increase shock is fun If you think the rents are already high, wait till the lease renewal arrives :-( They know you are not going to go thru the hassle of moving wihtin one year of moving. Good for them!!!

Pretty Nice So Far It's an older community but very well maintained. The landscaping is nice and the community has a homey appeal. I like the office staff and the location. So far I really like my apartment.

RUDE STAFF, OK APARTMENTS...NOT LUXURAY Its not the garbage everywhere, its not the paper thin walls, its not even the fact the maintenance staff pretty much useless.... Its the fact that the staff is so rude you feel like your sitting in the bleachers at Yankee Stadium.

Its Great Honestly and no one is paying me to say this but I know the apartments are beautiful, the staff is great, its pricey yes, but I have had no trouble with maintenance or the staff get problems resolved. Its a very convenient location, There are two pools and gym and club room. Well kept.

leasing terms unfair When I asked about a new leaseI was told instead of 6 months or 1 year, they only were offering 9 months min. I went month to month, but still they required a 2 month warning period .BULL$$it. Stayout

I LOVE IT HERE I beg to differ. I think avalon watch is an amazing property. The leasing consultant Angel helped me with every need I had with the utmost professionalism. I also dealt with a gentleman named Brad, who was very helpful and professional. I rate this apartment community a 10.
