Looks nice from the outside but looks are decieving. Includes heat & hot water...yeah, when they work. The owner doesnt turn the heat on until October and turns it off May1st. Well guess what, there are many cold days and nights in September and in May. Call them and "oh well, state law says we only have to provide heat from October to May so put an extra blanket on".
I'm sure the owner Mr. Freedman has heat in HIS house whenever he wants! During the winter my heat was out due to boiler problems 7 different times. The temp in my unit got dowm to 53 degrees. Can't count the number of times I didnt have hot water.
Don't get me started on the noise problems. Sure, the hardwood floors LOOK nice but if you are on the first floor you can hear every step, stomp, dropping of items and even talking from the unit above. I know way more about my upstairs neighbor that I care to. Free Pool and tennis. What a joke. The tennis courts are CRAP and the pool when open is nothing to talk about. You even have to bring your own chair!! How cheep can you get'
I've given my moving notice and can not wait to get out!!!
