Management is very skeavy, lies, comes into apartment when you are not home. When the landlord was asked about incidents such as these, he said no one is allowed in apartment unless permission is granted from the tenant. Read the other reviews here... I am not the only one this has happened to. The heat issue blows, it may be "included" but often does not work. The maintenance guy "Johnny" seems nice and "sells" you whatever you need, which think about it, if they are allowed in our apartments when we're not at home... it makes sense: Johnny has a very extensive collection of things to sell in various garages within the complex. Where did he get a brand-new 27in. TV'

Not only is the superintendent Juan "Johnny" a thief (he did time in NY prison for grandtheft he is also a perv and regularly peeps in the apartment windows! And remember, HE HAS A KEY FOR EACH AND EVERY APARTMENT!
