I have lived at Princeton Hill for almost 2 years and in general I love it. They are somewhat slow in repairing non emergency's but the entire complex was sided and new balcony's put on some units and new kitchens in others so after reading some of the other reviews I can only say that things have gotten better, and I have never had the pleasure of meeting the horrible people in the other reviews, I live next door to one of the maintenance guys and any time I have a little problem he tries to help me right away. The rent at other properties are much higher for the same square feet and I love the hard wood floors over carpet. While no complex I have ever lived in was perfect I am very happy at Princeton Hill.
