We lived in Princeton Hill Apartments for a year and would still be there if we wanted to live in the area. It's far cheaper than anything close by, and, contrary to the previous posts, it is well maintained. We think the deal is this: the maintenance crew looks a little rough and so people either jump to conclusions or treat them poorly. If you treat the maintenance staff poorly, you get poor maintenance. Simple. The water is hot. The heat works well. The parking is ample. We had many nice neighbors and no problems with any of them. Our security deposit was promptly returned, plus interest. Laundry rooms were pretty gnarly, tho. 'nuff said.
