Updated Apts. with new kitchens and hardwood floors are pleasing. Bathroom updates are also pleasing.
However: Please be aware of patios for one. They are currently updating but did not make this aware to
tenants until move in date. They are and were in complete disrepair. Paint Job in apts are horrible.
They spray paint , leave areas of unpainted areas and leave white paint patches to cover up whatever
needs to be covered up. It appears paint is painted on top of painted to the point of 10 layers.
Laundry Rooms forget it. They are something out the 70's. Holes in walls and garbage everywhere.
Be aware of water in bathrooms. It ranges from Scalding hot water to freezing. Do not put your kids in these showers
until the water is secured. Last Handyman enters your apt without notice and or appears on any day without notice.
Overall these are nice large sized apts, the price is good however they come with important disrepairs.
Make note of neighbors as you will see alot of toys and storage all over the place in certain buildings.
People use their patios for laundry drying.
