Unfortunately, the reviews are true. Great maintenance staff, friendly management...at beginning. However, generally downhill after moving in. Thin walls, loud neighbors and expensive utilities. Any complaints about loud music late at night is given the patented response...call the police. Not worth the money and as people realize this and move out the more and more ghtetto fab. it becomes. As I write this (11:30 pm) you can't have the windows open as nothing but loud teens everywhere.
