I just moved into The Mews and had an absolutely wonderful experience.

The leasing staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. I needed an apartment on short notice and they ran my application and found me an apartment almost immediately. Upon moving in they had me inspect the apartment to make sure everything was as it should be. When I called to report low water pressure, maintenance responded and addressed the problem right away.

All in all my rental experience here has been seamless.

i think even the negative opinionated reviewers will agree that maintenance is excellent at the Mews - but considering even you start off by saying you JUST moved in, how can you give ALL of the categories 100%, especially CONSTRUCTION? that's simply not realistic, and premature to say the least. now that the cold weather is here, don't forget to follow up about your soon to be exorbiant utility bill for inadequately constructed/insulated apartment. with all due respect, your review is exactly the problem that they have a good facade and sales pitch - it's over time that everyone discovers the emperor has no clothes.
