Living in the new section of apartments, I was the first person to live in my unit, so that has been great. Overall, I haven't had major maintenance problems and the actual guys who respond are great. The office staff has gotten better since I first moved in, but they are certainly nothing special. The free internet is deathly slow sometimes at night, and can be spotty. It works for what I need personally most of the time. My biggest complaint is that you can't deliver your rent check to the onsite office - you must mail it in once you receive the bill in your door. There was a problem with my payment not arriving on time one month, and the payment staff were completely unhelpful and rude. The clubhouse is well maintained, the exercise room is small but adequate with new machines, and the pool is nice when open. My one-bedroom layout is perfect for what I need and has great light. In general, the facilities are nice, safe and quiet. So if you are willing to overpay a bit the pros generally outweigh the cons.
